Our Policy

At Niente Gallery, each piece is carefully created and prepared with attention to detail. We hope you love your artwork, but if there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Original Paintings

All original paintings are considered one-of-a-kind artworks and are therefore final sale.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece before ordering, please don't hesitate to reach out.

As each piece is carefully prepared and packaged, returns or exchanges may not be available for changes of mind, sizing expectations, or minor color variations that can occur between screens and printed artwork.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Posters & Framed Prints

Posters and framed prints may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The artwork is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Custom-made, personalized, and commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or contain a production error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
